At Eyes on Painted Tree, we’re proud to offer a rare and convenient service: same-day glasses depending on your prescription. This means you may not have to wait days or even weeks to get your new glasses, something most offices can’t provide.

We’re able to offer this because of our Essilor Delta 200 Edger, a high-precision machine that finishes your lenses right here in our office. Instead of sending your lenses out to an outside lab and waiting for them to return, we can shape and finish them on site and on the same day.

Being able to provide same-day glasses is a unique service and part of our commitment to making your eye care efficient, precise, and convenient.

Dread the dreaded “eye puff”? Good news, we don’t use air puffs to measure eye pressure.

Instead, we use the Tono-Vera Tonometer, which uses a camera and interactive display to gently and accurately measure your eye pressure. This method is more comfortable, less startling, and still very precise, making it ideal for routine eye health checks and glaucoma screening.

The Optos California allows us to see a much larger area inside your eye than traditional retinal photos. With one quick image, we can view 200⁰ or 82% of the retina, helping us detect eye conditions earlier and more accurately.

The system includes a motorized head and chin rest that gently adjusts for comfort, especially helpful for patients who need extra support.

Best of all, your doctor will review the images with you, so you can actually see what we’re monitoring in your eyes.

At Eyes on Painted Tree, we use the Topcon MYAH to give us a deeper and more complete picture of your eye health.

This advanced device helps us measure and track important aspects of your eyes, including:

• Myopia (nearsightedness) monitoring: MYAH measures the length of the eye, which helps us understand how your vision may be changing over time. This is especially helpful for children whose eyes are still growing.

• Detailed mapping of the front part of your eye: We create a precise map of your cornea (the clear front surface of your eye), which helps with diagnosing conditions and fitting contact lenses more effectively.

• Pupil measurements and tear analysis: The device assesses how your pupils respond to light and gathers information about your tear quality, which helps us better understand dry eye and other conditions.

MYAH brings together all these measurements into one quick and comfortable exam, giving your doctor more information to diagnose, monitor, and guide your treatment. Early detection and precise measurements help us tailor care that fits your eyes and helps protect your vision now and into the future.

Our digital phoropter makes this portion of your exam quicker, smoother, and less dreaded. Lens changes happen instantly, reducing the time you spend in the exam chair.

We can also show you the difference between your old prescription and your new one in real time, helping you clearly see the improvement and feel confident in your eyewear choices.

We use a high-powered eye microscope with a digital camera to closely examine the front parts of your eyes, including the cornea, lens, and surrounding structures. The camera allows us to capture clear photos and videos, making it easier to explain what we see and track changes in your eye health over time.

The Inspire Headset is a lightweight, virtual-reality style device used to test your side vision. It’s more comfortable and less tiring than traditional visual field testing and helps your doctor better understand your vision and eye health, especially for conditions like glaucoma.
